This policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies used on showworks.com.au, what each one does, and how you control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. Show Works uses them for three things: remembering your cookie choice on this device, measuring how the site is used through Google Analytics, and recognising returning visitors through HubSpot, which also delivers our enquiry form. We set no advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, opt out of everything except the essential ones, or manage each category. Essential storage always runs because the site cannot remember your choice without it. You can change your decision at any time using the button below or the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Analytics - Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are read and how people move through the site, so we can improve it. Turning this category off in the preferences panel stops these cookies being set.

Marketing - HubSpot is our customer enquiry platform. It delivers the enquiry form and recognises returning visitors, so an enquiry can be matched to the pages that led to it. Turning this category off stops the HubSpot script loading at all, and the form is replaced with our phone number and email address.

If you opt out of a category, we delete the cookies it had already set on your next page load.
Our enquiry form
When you send an enquiry through the form in our footer or on the contact page, it is delivered to us through HubSpot, the platform we use to manage customer enquiries. HubSpot receives the details you submit so we can respond and follow up. If you have not accepted marketing cookies the form does not load, and you can reach us by phone or email instead.
Web fonts and other services we load
We load the Bricolage Grotesque, Hanken Grotesk and Fraunces typefaces from Google Fonts, and two open-source animation libraries (Lenis and GSAP) from the unpkg and Cloudflare cdnjs networks. These are needed for the site to display and behave correctly and none of them set cookies. Your browser does request them from those providers, which receive your IP address as part of any web request.
How long your choice lasts
Your cookie choice is stored on your device for 12 months. After that, or if you clear your browser storage, switch device or browser, or we update this policy, the banner appears again so you can choose afresh.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may stop parts of the site, such as remembering your cookie choice, from working. Browser help pages explain how to manage cookies for Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the site changes. The current version always lives at this page.
